Clinical (MD) Visiting Professor

Description:

An appointment given to a licensed physician from another university or research institute who is on leave from his/her home institution and who will contribute to the teaching and/or research activities of the Faculty of Medicine.

Duration:

Appointments do not normally exceed 1 year.

Approval:

Appointments in this category are approved by the Vice Dean of Clinical Affairs.

Available Rank:

Same as rank at home institution.

Special Note:

The University of Toronto will notify the CPSO of appropriate supervision.
